We knew that the conventional and homogeneous designs of the neighbourhood would not achieve the client’s vision. As a result, we stepped in with a bold design approach that would achieve the client’s vision and at the same time satisfy all the required building regulations and by-laws of the municipality. In the end, we proffered a design solution that stood out among other buildings in the area. The client was happy for our timely intervention that saved him time and money.
